Presentation to AMINZ

I recently had the great pleasure of speaking at a local meeting of the Arbitrators and Mediators Institute of New Zealand. My topic was how my experiences as a crisis negotiator influences my techniques as a mediator. The group comprises a wide variety of backgrounds and current activities, so we had a very positive discussion following my presentation.
