I went to see the documentary 'Ice Maiden' last week.
It's the story of Lisa Blair https://lisablairsailstheworld.com/ and focuses on her 2017 attempt to sail solo and unassisted around Antarctica.
I won't 'spoil the plot' (then again it is discussed on her website), but at one point she suffers a significant setback to her dream.
What I found interesting was not the way she overcame the setback (which if you are a sailor was absolutely amazing!), but the mental challenges she faced after seeminly overcoming it.
Reminded me that sometimes it's not the physical or practical challenges that as the most difficult to overcome, it's those deep within our minds.
